Description

The Canadian Firearms Safety Course is a requirement for those who wish to apply for a Possession Acquisition License (PAL) in Canada.  The course consists of instruction in the safe handling, storage and transportation of non-restricted firearms including bold action, level action, pump action and semi-automatic rifles and shotguns.  It involves the handling of de-activated firearms to ensure that the student meets the Federal legal requirements for safe use of these devices and has a textbook and hands on learning experience.  The course will cover the entire legal requirements that firearm owners have to meet in order to comply with the various laws in place governing firearm use, storage and transportation.  Total class time is approximately 8 hours with a written and practical exam to follow upon completion of the course.

Minimum 10 participants or Maximum 20 participants.
